  • Competitive pay. Hourly and charter-trip wages that reflect your experience.

  • Health coverage. Full-time drivers receive Blue Cross Blue Shield medical.

  • Modern fleet. Late-model coaches with Wi-Fi, reclining seats, and on-board restrooms make your day easier and your passengers happier.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate 45–55 passenger coaches and executive mini-buses on charters, shuttles, and tours throughout Chicagoland and the Midwest.

Who We’re Looking For

To succeed with United Bus, you’ll need a CDL Class B with passenger and air-brake endorsements, a spotless MVR and background check, the ability to lift about 50 lbs., and a polished, customer-service mindset. You’ll stand out even more if you already have a year or more of coach or school-bus experience, feel comfortable with electronic logging devices, speak both English and Spanish, or know the usual charter and tour routes around Chicagoland and the Midwest.

How to Apply

  • Visit our Careers page and submit the short application.

  • Attach your CDL copy, medical card, and two professional references.

  • Our safety manager will contact qualified applicants within three business days to schedule a road test.
